Article 1 – Parties

Article 2 – Purpose
This Agreement defines the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Buyer regarding the online purchase and delivery of clothing products through www.nuviramoda.com, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted all product information, prices, and sales terms listed on the website.
Article 3 – Agreement Date
This Agreement takes effect immediately once an order is placed on the website.
Article 4 – Fulfillment & Delivery

Order processing time: 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Delivery time: 4–7 business days depending on the destination.

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the Buyer.

The Seller is not responsible for any delay, damage, or loss caused by the shipping company, customs, or incorrect/incomplete address provided by the Buyer.

Shipment tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.
Article 5 – Shipping Costs
Shipping costs (based on the courier company’s invoice) are the Buyer’s responsibility and are shown in the total checkout price.
Shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstance.
Article 6 – Product Availability
If an ordered product is out of stock or unavailable, the Seller may:

Replace it with a similar item of equal or higher value (with Buyer’s consent), or
-
Refund or credit the unavailable item’s value.
Article 7 – Product Information
All product details — including type, color, size, model, price (tax included), and description — are available on the product page at www.nuviramoda.com.
The Buyer is responsible for reviewing this information before completing the purchase.
Article 8 – Order Cancellation & Modifications
Orders are processed immediately after confirmation.
Therefore, cancellations and refunds are not possible once an order has been placed.
If you need to edit or correct your order (such as changing a size or address), please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order via WhatsApp: +90 552 700 0048.
Our team will do its best to assist before the order is prepared for shipment.
Article 9 – Return & Refund Policy
For hygiene and quality-control reasons, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted.
All sales are final once payment is confirmed.
Returns will only be considered in cases where:

The delivered product is incorrect or defective, and
-
The Buyer reports the issue within 12 hours of receiving the order, with clear photos of the item and packaging.
Approved cases will be reviewed individually by our support team.
Return shipping costs are the Buyer’s responsibility, and refunds (if approved) will be processed to the same payment method within 10–14 business days after inspection.
Article 10 – Customs & Import Fees
Customs regulations differ by country.
Any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or additional handling fees imposed by the destination country or shipping company are the Buyer’s responsibility and must be paid to receive the shipment.
NuviraModa.com is not responsible for customs delays, product rejection by customs, or any damage caused during transportation.
Article 11 – Payment Defaults
If the Buyer fails to pay, issues a chargeback, or disputes the transaction, they will be responsible for all related legal and financial consequences, including compensation for any damages or losses incurred by the Seller.
Article 12 – Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved according to the applicable consumer protection laws.

Claims under the monetary limit set by the Ministry will be handled by Consumer Arbitration Committees.

Higher-value disputes will be resolved by Consumer Courts or Civil Courts of First Instance.
