RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Nuvira Moda, every order is prepared and packed with care. Because we work with
fast processing and limited collections, all sales are final unless one of the
exceptions below applies. Please review your size, color, and shipping details
before completing your order.

ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
If you ordered by mistake or need to change an item, contact us within 1 hour of
placing your order via WhatsApp at +90 552 700 0048. Once processing begins, the
order cannot be changed or cancelled.

ITEM DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 12 hours of delivery at
nuviramoda@gmail.com or WhatsApp +90 552 700 0048 with photos of the product and
the packaging. We will then follow up with you and the shipping company to help
you obtain your compensation claim (tazminat) from them.

CUSTOMERS IN THE EUROPEAN UNION, UNITED KINGDOM & NORWAY
By law you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, contact us first at nuviramoda@gmail.com within 14 days for a
return authorization. Before you decide, please note:
  - Our returns address is in Türkiye. You arrange and pay for return shipping, and
    you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees on the
    returned parcel. International return shipping and clearance are slow and costly.
  - Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and unworn, with original tags and
    packaging intact. If an item shows signs of use or handling beyond what is
    needed to inspect it, we deduct for the resulting loss in value.
  - For hygiene reasons, sealed accessories (e.g. scarves, undercaps) once opened,
    and made-to-order items, are not eligible.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund the product price and the original
standard delivery cost to your original payment method within 14 days, minus any
diminished-value deduction. Return shipping and return customs charges are not
refundable.

CUSTOMERS IN ALL OTHER COUNTRIES
Returns are accepted only by exception. You may request a return within 12 hours of
delivery for an eligible, unused item, and only after our written approval. If
approved:
  - A 50% processing and restocking fee is deducted from the product price.
  - Original shipping is non-refundable; return shipping is the customer's
    responsibility.
  - Any customs or import charges are non-refundable.
The remaining amount is refunded to your original payment method within 10-14
business days after we receive and inspect the item.

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
(except where the EU / UK / Norway right of withdrawal above applies):
  - Items worn, washed, altered, or missing original tags/packaging
  - Sale or final-clearance items
  - Accessories such as scarves or undercaps, for hygiene reasons

CUSTOMS & SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
Customs rules vary by country. Any customs duties, VAT, or import fees set by your
country's authorities, and any additional carrier handling fees, are the buyer's
responsibility and must be paid to receive the shipment. Nuvira Moda is not
responsible for customs delays or customs rejection of shipments.
