DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Article 1 – Parties

Buyer: The customer who places an order on www.nuviramoda.com

Article 2 – Purpose
This Agreement outlines the rights and responsibilities related to the online
purchase and delivery of products from www.nuviramoda.com, in accordance with
applicable consumer protection laws. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms they
have read and accepted all product details, prices, and terms of sale.

Article 3 – Agreement Date
This Agreement is valid from the moment an order is placed on the website.

Article 4 – Fulfillment & Delivery
- Fulfillment time: 2-3 business days after payment is received.
- Shipping time: 4-6 business days depending on the destination.
- Orders are shipped to the address provided by the Buyer.
- The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company or
  customs, or for incorrect delivery due to an incorrect address provided by the
  Buyer.
- Shipment tracking details are shared once the order is dispatched.

Article 5 – Shipping Costs
Shipping costs (per courier invoice) are covered by the Buyer and included in the
total price at checkout. These costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required
by law or agreed with the Seller.

Article 6 – Product Availability
If an item is out of stock or cannot be delivered, the Seller may:
- Replace it with a similar item of equal value, or
- Offer a refund or store credit for the unavailable item.

Article 7 – Product Information
All product details (type, quantity, model, price including taxes) are shown on
the product page of www.nuviramoda.com.

Article 8 – Cancellation & Order Changes
- Orders are processed immediately after confirmation.
- Cancellation is not possible after the order is placed.
- Minor changes may be requested within 1 hour of placing the order via WhatsApp:
  +90 552 700 0048.

Article 9 – Return & Refund Policy
Returns are governed by our full Return & Refund Policy. In summary:
- Customers in the EU, UK, and Norway may withdraw within 14 days of delivery under
  their legal right of withdrawal. We refund the product price and the original
  standard delivery cost; return shipping and return customs are the Buyer's
  responsibility, subject to the conditions in the Return & Refund Policy.
- Customers in all other countries may request a return only by exception, within
  12 hours of delivery and after written approval. If approved, a 50% processing
  and restocking fee applies, and original and return shipping are non-refundable.
- In all cases, items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in sellable
  condition with original tags and packaging.

Article 10 – Customs
Customs clearance, duties, taxes, and clearance fees (if any) are the Buyer's
responsibility. The Seller is not liable for delays or rejections caused by
customs or shipping companies.

Article 11 – Payment Defaults
If the Buyer fails to pay or disputes a valid credit card charge, they are
responsible for the related legal and financial consequences, including
compensation for the Seller's documented losses.

Article 12 – Dispute Resolution
- Claims under the legal threshold are handled by the competent Consumer
  Arbitration Committees.
- Higher claims are resolved by the Consumer Courts or Civil Courts of First
  Instance, as applicable.
